Finishing top of the league table with 96 points, Liverpool has broken the English Premier League Title drought over 30years by winning the 2019/2020 edition.
Liverpool FC on June 22, 2020 beat Chelsea 5 : 3 to at Anfield. The Jurgen Klopp's team witnessed an all round impressive season in the league.
Speaking to some of the Liverpool fans via webinar,they expressed excitement over this victory.
“Klopp has changed our team, he just transformed the mindset from the onset and now we are champions not only in Europe but also on home soil England” Jamie said.
Liverpool last witnessed similar momentous occasion since the 1989/90.
“ this amazing and we couldn’t have made this evening better than to lift the trophy in our homes. Some of us wish to be in the stadium to witness this but due to COVID19 my family have been watching every single game...” Olivier mentioned
Meanwhile, Liverpool has qualified for the 2020/21 champions league.
